Parents/Guardians should deliver the application and the necessary materials (a copy of your most recent report card (2nd six weeks) and ITBS reading and math scores, ReadiStep reading and math scores or TAKS reading and math scores, teacher survey, parental letter of interest, portfolio if applicable) and proof of residence to the first choice school/program.
