Trustee Districts – District 3,
Northeast Dallas

Located in a fast-growing area of northeast Dallas, Trustee District 3 is receiving five new schools as part of the bond program. These include the only new high school in the bond program, Emmett J. Conrad High School, and a new educational complex for Sam Tasby Middle School and Jack Lowe Sr. Elementary School. All of the district's existing schools will receive additions and/or renovations.
