New Facilities
In addition to funding 20 new schools, the district's $1.37 billion bond program also is funding two major facilities – the Jesse Owens Memorial Complex, which opened in August 2005, and the Maria Luna Food Service Facility, scheduled to open during the 2007-2008 school year.
