Renovations to Arlington Park Community Learning Center featured the installation of a new 3,500-square-foot covered playground area, which includes a concrete slab with a metal roof and metal halide lighting, and upgrades to the existing library, installing new storefront divider walls and carpet. The school also received upgrades to existing classrooms, such as new walls, vinyl composition tile flooring, and new marker boards and finishes. Other renovations included accessibility upgrades to restrooms and ramps, a new fire suppression system, several new air handling units, and upgrades to the building's other existing systems.
