Renovations to C.F. Carr Elementary School in West Dallas were completed in the summer of 2005 include: new fire alarm and suppression systems; heating and air conditioning system upgrades; extensive electrical system upgrades; technology infrastructure upgrades; and accessibility improvements. In addition, the roof was repaired; parts of the building received new ceilings; minor interior modifications were made; and new doors and a new elevator were installed.
