City Park Elementary School near Old City Park in central Dallas will receive renovations to nearly 58,000 square feet of building area. The planned renovations include Americans with Disabilities Act work, tuck pointing of the school's exterior, a new variable air volume system, a new boiler, a new chiller, and technology infrastructure upgrades.
