Gilbert Cuellar Sr. Elementary School near Kensington Park in southeast Dallas will receive renovations to 71,000 square feet of building area. These will include fire alarm system upgrades, and air conditioning for the computer room and gymnasium. Outside, the school will receive minor brick repairs; caulking repairs to the clerestory windows; roof repairs for A/C units; and landscape grading, drainage and seeding to prevent water infiltration.
