Julia C. Frazier Elementary School in East Dallas is scheduled to receive renovations to nearly 34,000 square feet of building area. The renovations will include: roof repairs; Americans with Disabilities Act work; and upgrades to fire alarm and suppression systems, technology infrastructure, and air conditioning system.
