Renovations to Nathaniel Hawthorne Elementary School in southeast Dallas were completed in the summer of 2005. Renovations included: new fire alarm and suppression systems; a new elevator; new roofing; upgrades to the electrical system, technology infrastructure, and heating and air conditioning systems; and accessibility improvements.
