Renovation work to Stonewall Jackson Elementary School in North Dallas was completed in the fall of 2004. The improvements included: various auditorium and library renovations; structural foundation and minor building repairs; and Americans with Disabilities Act work to restrooms, the cafeteria, and building ramps. In addition, the heating and air conditioning systems were upgraded, new fire alarm and suppression systems were installed, and the technology infrastructure was updated.
