Martin Luther King Jr. Learning Center near central Dallas received renovations to nearly 72,000 square feet of building area. The improvements included: roof repairs; Americans with Disabilities Act work; upgrades to the fire alarm and suppression systems, technology infrastructure, and air conditioning system; and a new heating and air conditioning system for the gym.
