Kleberg Elementary School near Kleberg Park in far southeast Dallas received a number of renovations, including Americans with Disabilities Act upgrades and repairs to restrooms, drinking fountains, gym showers, parking spaces and access routes, and the addition of a new wheelchair lift. Also, upgrades were made to the electrical system, fire alarm systems, exit signs, and lights, and repairs were made to the roof, windows, and parapet walls. The renovations also created four new classrooms for the Early Childhood Education program.
