Renovation work to Elisha M. Pease Elementary School in Oak Cliff was completed in the summer of 2005. The work included: new fire alarm and suppression systems; heating and air conditioning system upgrades; extensive electrical system upgrades; technology infrastructure upgrades; and accessibility improvements. In addition, some ceilings, lighting fixtures, doors and wood windows were replaced; minor interior modifications were made; and a new elevator was installed.
