Renovations to Seagoville High School were completed in the fall of 2005 and included interior modifications, renovations to science laboratories, accessibility improvements, and roof repair. A number of other improvements and upgrades also were made, including: new fire alarm and suppression systems; heating and air conditioning system upgrades; extensive upgrades to the electrical system; upgrades to technology infrastructure; and replacement of the boilers and some of the chillers. The renovations also added an auxiliary gymnasium adjacent to the existing gymnasium.
