Erasmo Seguin Community Learning Center in Oak Cliff received renovations to 51,000 square feet of building area. The improvements included: roofing replacement; Americans with Disabilities Act work; and upgrades to fire alarm and suppression systems, technology infrastructure, and air conditioning system.
