J.P. Starks Elementary School received an addition comprised of four prekindergarten classrooms, restrooms, mechanical/electrical rooms, and circulation areas. The school also received renovations, including: a new fire suppression system; upgrades to the electrical system, technology infrastructure, and heating and air conditioning systems; a new roof; and accessibility improvements.
