To receive a purchase order, vendors must obtain a Dallas ISD vendor number by submitting the Vendor Setup Form. The form is available by clicking the link below.
Please mail the Vendor Set Up Request form to:

A 72-hour turnaround time is needed to process Vendor Setup forms. Please plan accordingly.
