ACADEMIC COURSE LISTINGS
arts course listings can be found under the heading: Cluster Courses

BTWHSPVA places strong emphasis on both the arts and the academics. Students are required to take a full compliment of state-approved academic classes offered through three graduation plans. Counselors work with individual students to ensure that they have not only met Texas Education Agency graduation requirements, but are enrolled in a plan that leads toward their college goals. Six academic departments offer a full range of courses for college-bound students. Math, Language Arts, Science, World Languages and Social Studies have a tradition of offering both basic and AP courses for all student interests and needs. Technology Education offers a number of electives.
