STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS  

There are a number of clubs, groups, and organizations at BTW. All organizations that are co-curricular are recognized and will be included in the yearbook, will participate in the bi-annual awards cermonies and are eligible for campus grants, and other supports.

There are three group categories: General School Organizations, Cluster Organizations, and Clubs.

ORGANIZATIONS, General
General School Organizations are co-curricular and have a national affiliation, bylaws, officers, attendance requirements and regular membership meetings. They will have a formal picture in the yearbook and are recognized as a formal sanctioned and sponsored organization.

Clubs are extra-curricular and more informal groups who meet on a regular/irregular basis. The membership varies as do the structures of the group. There are no requirements for meetings, membership attendance, etc. These groups may be recognized in end of the year publications (i.e. newspaper), superlatives, etc., but they do not rise to the level of an organization.
