Working together, representatives of schools, community members and central staff employees have drafted two options for consideration as the district s 2010-2011 school calendar. Between Thursday, October 15, and Wednesday, October 21, district staff, parents, students and community members are invited to review the two options; vote for their preferred option; and submit comments, questions, or concerns about either of the two calendars.
All input will be taken into consideration in developing the recommended option that goes to the Board of Trustees in December.
For information as to why certain dates are chosen and why some dates are not treated the same as they were in years past, see the frequently asked questions.
