Jobs: Extended Year (Summer School) Online Application

Welcome and thank you for applying for Dallas ISD Extended Year positions. Please take a few moments to review the information and instructions prior to completing the application.

Apply for a Summer Job (ASJ) allows DISD employees to apply for allotted summer school positions. Summer school principals and HD administrators can manage the hiring process for the summer session through the use of Oracle Self Service. This system provides a web interface that you can access using any internet connection and Microsoft’s Internet Explorer web browser.

Remember, this application is for current DISD employees only, outside applications are not being accepted at this time.

7:30 a.m.- 3:30 p.m.

Student Hours:
8 a.m. - 3:15 p.m.

Dates:
June 9 - July 3 (Monday - Thursday)

Teachers Hours:
8 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Student Hours:
8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Dates:
June 18 - July 24 (Monday - Thursday)

Teacher Hours:
7:45 a.m. - 1:45 p.m.

Student Hours:
8 a.m. - 1:35 p.m.

Rate of Pay

Professional rate of pay: $20 per hour
Paraprofessional rate of pay: $10 per hour
