- District Consent/Release - (English/Spanish) This form covers all types of media and only needs to be signed by the parent once. Once it is signed, sending home an informational letter regarding the videoconference should suffice.
- Student Permission Form - Use this form if the District Consent/Release form has not been signed. Once per year is sufficient. After the initial permission slip is signed, please send home an informational letter regarding any additional videoconferences.

This site will run a script that will show you the district IP, your system name, a video with sound, the video you are sending, audio you are sending and a PowerPoint slide. It is also set up to call you back. Please note, this portion of the script will not work. This is a test site which will only connect to one unit at a time. If it does not connect the first time, try back. It's probably busy.
