Transfers of
Ownership will continue to be processed on all eligible laptop
models.
Transfer
of Ownership (ToO) – All eligible teachers must complete
their transfer of ownership paperwork in person. You may not send
a proxy to transfer ownership of your laptop computer. Laptop computers
that qualify for the transfer change yearly. Click

You cannot register from home or any location outside of Dallas ISD.
