Mission of the Director of Army Instruction
To provide administrative support, logistical, and technical assistance/support to all JROTC units and oversee the operations, functions, and compliance of nineteen (19) Army JROTC units, one (1) NJROTC Navy unit, one (1) MCJROTC Marine Corps unit, and sixteen (16) Leadership Cadet Corp (LCC) middle school units.
