Performance Management and Accountability

The purpose of the Performance Management and Accountability (PM&A) department is to create a framework that demonstrates how key management practices and performance metrics should align with the definition of success.  The Board of Trustees has defined success for Dallas ISD as to “Educate and graduate all students college and workforce ready.”

Tools created by the PM&A team that assist in reviewing, analyzing, and reporting performance metrics include scorecards and management dashboards.  Through the introduction of these new metrics and management tools, along with the continuous feedback from the users, the hope is to better equip employees to meet the district goals.
