The Campus Instructional Leadership Team (CILT) is a leadership team on each campus that works with campus administrators and content/program directors and Area office throughout the year. The CILT members assist in the development of the Campus Improvement Plan (CIP) and campus planning; they also work with content/program directors and teachers in their content area(s) to facilitate two-way communication between the campus and central offices. CILT members receive training during the summer and meet throughout the year in districtwide sessions and Area sessions to receive new and/or updated information which team members, in turn, disseminate to the campus. Districtwide and area meetings also give the CILT members the opportunity give input to the directors regarding the needs of the campus.
