The Student Transportation Department of the Dallas Independent School District assist in the educational process of students enrolled in the district on a daily basis by providing safe and cost effective student transportation to and from school, as well as extra curricular activates, in a timely manner. The Student Transportation Department works closely with Dallas County Schools to ensure that the 35,000 riders, receive current and accurate information regarding routes, pick up and drop off times, and any changes made throughout the school year.
