    Jose Hurtado and Marbin Godinez from 5A are our two fifth graders who are qualified for the opportunity to fly to NASA Space Center to operate their UnderWater robots at NASA’s Sonny Carter Neutral Buoyancy Laboratory pool on May 14-16.
     
    Jack Lowe has been selected to join the Rome Challenge Project, a cooperative effort between NASA and San Jacinto College’s Aerospace Academy. Jack Lowe is offered an outstanding opportunity among 10 selected schools nationwide to participate in this UnderWater Robotics pilot program. This spring, twenty-six Jack Lowe's selected fifth-grade students have had a hands-on experience in building robots using “underwater robotic technology.
