Overview of Performance Pay Programs

The new Dallas Performance Pay Programs will help revolutionize the way the district recruits, retains, and rewards educators and campus staff. In order to help maintain the district’s mission to educate and graduate all students ready for college and the workplace, the district must do all it can to employ the best, most effective educators. Teachers, principals, administrators, union representatives, parents, and community members have collaborated to help come up with a comprehensive performance pay system.
