The Dallas ISD Performance Pay Program is comprised of three incentive based components that are designed to recruit, retain, and reward the most qualified campus staff while achieving district performance targets. The three components are the Principal Incentive Award, the Targeted Impact School Incentive Award, and the Achievement Incentive Award.
Achievement Incentive Award
The Achievement Incentive Award is a comprehensive award system that encompasses all factors critical to effectively recruit, retain and reward the most qualified campus staff available.
Targeted
Impact
School Incentive Award
The Targeted Impact School Incentive Award provides incentives for principals of larger campuses campuses and for teachers in hard-to-staff areas, such as bilingual classes, secondary math and science classes.
Principal
Incentive Award
The Principal Incentive Award aligns
(1) high student expectations, (2) the Board of Trustees'
performance targets and (3) the Campus Improvement Plans' performance
targets to a monetary incentive for principals when their students
perform at high academic levels.
