Performance Pay Programs

The Performance Pay Programs was a pilot program during the 2007-2008 school year with awards paid in December 2008.

The program rewards campus staff based on student academic achievement.  Under this program teachers who teach subjects that generate CEI (Classroom Effective Index) may earn individual awards ranging from $2,000 to $8,000.

Division CEI

Other teachers and campus staff may earn awards based on the SEI (School Effectiveness Index).  Professional campus staff can earn between $1,250 and $2,000 with support staff earning potential ranging from $625 to $1,000.
