Q. |
If I am an ESL Teacher who had students attain a 90% passing rate in last years' benchmarks, why am I only getting $600 for my performance pay? |
A. |
10/23/09 - The award amounts are based on CEI percentiles or SEI percentiles. CEI and SEI scores measure student growth, not passing rate. The payment your reference is an amount based on SEI. Your campus' SEI was in the 70-79th percentile which earns $600. |
