Targeted Impact Schools
There are 26 schools that met specific criteria approved by the Board in June 2007. The criteria included the reconstituted schools (*), those in the Superintendent’s Learning Community and those facing other challenges such as high teacher turnover and student at-risk population.
Teachers who meet recruiting criteria can earn $6,000 and principals $10,000. Returning teachers who meet criteria can earn a retention award of $,6000 for maintaining at Division CEI of 50 or greater. (Note: Division CEIs will not be rounded up to 50.)
