Martin Luther King

Our school was named after Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

He was born on January 15, 1929, in Atlanta Georgia. Dr. King was a Baptist

Minister, political activist, civil rights leader in America. Dr. King won the

 Nobel Peace Prize and Presidential Medal of freedom. He was assassinated

in 1968. Dr. King is considered a peacemaker by people world-wide. Martin

 Luther King Day was established in his honor.
