The program offers and overview of fashion trends and concepts, history, economic influences, trade vocabulary, retailing, marketing, textiles, fashion design techniques, merchandise display, and visual concepts. Students gain the knowledge and skills necessary to build career opportunities in apparel merchandising, and utilize presentation strategies, such as planning, and producing events including fashion trunk shows.

- Hospitality and Tourism, a member program of the National Academy Foundation (NAF), offers high school students academic instruction and practical industry-related work experience. Hospitality and Tourism is a fast-growing industry that focuses on travel and hospitality. With intergrated teaching, students discover the components of the travel industry.

As students become familar with the wide range of career opportunities available in marketing they learn many skills and concepts necessary to this area of business.
