Dear Parents and Guardians,
We are off to a great 2010-2011 school year at Bryan Adams High School! I wanted to thank you all for participating in our schedule preview sessions this summer with your children. Schedule previewing was an attempt to let the students know their schedule before they arrive for the first day of school. Also, this was an opportunity for you to come with your child and participate in their academic career. It was exciting to see parents and students coming together to preview schedules!
As a result of the summer meetings and schedule previews all students were in class for first period on the first day of school! I am so thankful for the Bryan Adams Team and the parents who came together last semester and over the summer and to ensure this was a great opening for our students!
I am attaching a copy of our Visitor Guidelines and the new bell schedule (in case you have not had a chance to preview it from our summer mailing and/or on the internet). Also, I am attaching a copy of the Student Dress Code for Bryan Adams. Thanks to our PTSA, each student will receive a “Bryan Adams Welcome Packet” the week after Labor Day. Please read all of the important information contained in the packet.
Your children are coming to school ready to learn! There is a buzz of positive excitement among our new and veteran Cougar students! I look forward to seeing all of you at Parent/Teacher Conference Night October 12, 2010 from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. If you have questions, please call 972.502.4900.
