Overview
The CompassLearning Lab brings cutting-edge technology to the students and teachers of L.G. Pinkston High School. The mission of the CompassLearning program is to enhance teacher and student performance in mastering the essential knowledge and skills needed to be academically successful.

Karen Whitley, Technology Integration Specialist for the CompassLearning lab, has developed an innovative and successful implementation plan. Teachers assess and monitor student progress using the data generated by CompassLearning reports. Thus, technology gives teachers the unprecedented power to make immediate and effective instructional adjustments to the meet the diverse needs of students.

Additionally, the digital curriculum is aligned with TEKS, DISD Scope and Sequences, and TAKS Objectives for all core content areas. A consistent lab schedule helps to maximize the impact of technology on targeting state, district, and campus goals.
