Documents Required to Complete Most Admission
Applications:
• Official high school transcript with
rank in class
• Social security number or school identification number
• Admission test results (SAT or ACT and TOEFL if you native language is
not English, required of international students)
• THEA test results or exemption verification
• Copy of the front and back of your Permanent Resident Alien card, if
you
are not a US citizen
• Resume or Activity Sheet
• Application fee or a Fee Waiver Request from the SAT or ACT program (contact
your counselor)
• Essay, if required
• Admission Interview, schedule an interview if required
• Recommendation Letters, secure them if required
• School picture, if required.
Things to Remember:
• Make copies of all documents submitted,
for your records
• Write neatly and legibly
• Be aware of deadlines!
