  • What is the Longhorn Club?

The Longhorn Club is an ALL SPORTS booster club.

  • What are the purposes of the Longhorn Club?

To assist the W. T. White High School student athletes and coaches; to increase adult/parent involvement with and support of W. T. White High School; to improve the W. T. White community and to provide moral, emotional and financial support to the athletes and coaches of W. T. White High School. We also provide scholarships to deserving student athletes through the Luther Gentry Memorial Scholarship.

  • How does the Longhorn Club know what is needed for each sport?

Each of the approximately 18 sports at W. T. White has a parent-advisor member of the Longhorn Club. Working with his or her parent-advisor, each coach compiles requests for funding by the Longhorn Club. The parent-advisors then present requests for their sport to the Longhorn Club.

  • How can I help?
