Parent Involvement

Parents serve as campus volunteers. The PTSA and SBDM meet the third Tuesday of each month. Quarterly parent workshops in technology, math, science, reading, and writing are hosted by our staff in order to equip and enable parents to assist students with homework.

Albert Sidney Johnston Elementary School was built in 1954. The school is named for Albert Sidney Johnston, a general in the Confederate Army.
