Sherri Rogers-Hall joined the Peabody team in 2015.  Prior to becoming principal at Peabody, she served as a 6th grade math teacher for seven years in Louisiana and in Texas.  She then went on to serve as an assistant principal in Arlington ISD for 8 years.  She has been in Dallas ISD for eight years, two of which were spent as a Campus Instructional Coach.

Mrs. Rogers-Hall grew up in Marksville, Louisiana. She completed her schoolwork from PK-12 grades in her hometown. She graduated with honors from Grambling State University in 1997 where she achieved a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education.  Mrs. Hall earned her master’s degree in Administration and Supervision from the University of Louisiana at Monroe in 2000.

Since being at Peabody, Mrs. Hall has worked to maximize the instructional program.  She and her team has done the work to implement a two-way dual language program at the campus because she understands that having two languages allows students to be more college and career ready.  The staff and students are excited about the work they have done to become a No Place for Hate campus by the end of the school year.

Mrs. Hall enjoys watching movies, shopping and spending time with family during her free time.
