Resources for Families Impacted by DACA

  • In an effort to ease the uncertainty that many families throughout the county, including those in Dallas ISD, face due to the recent changes to DACA, Dallas ISD now has available www.dallasisd.org/daca, a web page with resources in English and Spanish to support impacted families. On the page, you can find frequently asked questions, community organizations that provide immigration services, a list of scholarship opportunities for undocumented students, and other helpful information.

    Para reducir la incertidumbre por la que atraviesan tantas familias del país, incluyendo nuestras familias en Dallas ISD, debido a los recientes cambios a DACA, Dallas ISD tiene ahora www.dallasisd.org/dacaenespanol, un sitio web con recursos en Ingles y en Español para apoyar a las familias afectadas. En la página podrá encontrar preguntas frecuentes, organizaciones de la comunidad que proveen servicios de migración, una lista de oportunidades de becas para alumnos indocumentados, entre otros datos útiles.
