Skyline Gradebook Administrators

Each Gradebook admin works with a group of teachers in order to better meet the needs of teachers during critical grading times. Please follow proper protocols when asking for assistance.

Basic Gradebook Protocol

1. Contact the Admin according to the Teacher Alpha breakdown listed below
2. Complete any required form(s) and attach
   • Incomplete forms cannot be processed due to policy and auditing purposes
3. Expected turnaround is within 1 business day
   • Do not email admin on the same day with the same request; this actually slows the process down and can place you further back in the queue
4. Create a new email for each new request (see above - remember that Outlook likes to stack emails which can make yours get lost)
