  • Dallas ISD to stand united with “Dreamers”

    In an effort to ease the uncertainty that many families throughout the country, including those in Dallas ISD, face due to recent changes to DACA, Dallas ISD now has available dallasisd.org/daca or dallasisd.org/dacaenespanol, a web page with resources in English and Spanish to support impacted families. On the page, you can find frequently asked questions, community organizations that provide immigration services, a list of scholarship opportunities for undocumented students, and other helpful information.

    En un esfuerzo para calmar la incertidumbre que muchas familias a través de todo el condado, incluyendo los de Dallas ISD, debido a los recientes cambios en DACA, Dallas ISD tiene ahora disponible dallasisd.org/daca o dallasisd.org/dacaenespanol, una página web con recursos para ayudar a las familias que se han visto afectadas. En la página,  podrá encontrar preguntas frecuentes, organizaciones comunitarias que proveen servicios de inmigración, una lista de becas estudiantiles para estudiantes indocumentados y otras informaciones que le podrán ayudar.
