9 or more students, each participating in at least one test. When on trips, there must always be at least one adult for every 10 students. The limit for participants at all in-person events is 25 students.

Stipend payment is based upon participation in Student Activities Department-sponsored events with the required minimum number of students in attendance at each event. Student attendance less than the required minimum number of students will be payable at 50% of the stipend amount per event as determined by the Student Activities Department.
