    Grade 9: Principles of Arts, Audio/Video Technology, and Communications Course
     
    In the first year, students participate in hands-on activities in related career areas: printing, advertising design, photography, and media technology. The student will learn about careers in Arts, Audio/Video Technology and Communications Pathway.
     
     
    Grade 10:  Printing and Imaging Technology Course 

     

    In the second year, students will work toward developing an understanding of the printing industry with a focus on pre-press and desktop publishing. The students will learn to create layouts and produce printed products like, but not limited to, business cards, notepads, booklets, programs, certificates, stationary, business forms and much more

     

    Grade 11: Advanced Printing and Imaging Technology Course

     

    In the third year, students will work toward developing an advanced understanding of the printing industry with a focus on press operations. The students receive dual credit with Eastfield’s Digital Imaging Technology Program for courses Press Operations I and Digital Publishing I. These courses are taught at Skyline.

     

     Grade 12: Practicum in Printing and Imaging Course

    In the third year, students will work toward developing an advanced understanding of the printing industry with a focus on press operations.
