    Ms. Oralia Gonzalez
    Assistant Principal

I am so excited to join the ARSA community and serve as an assistant principal.  I was born and raised in Mexico until I was 12 years old.  I was then fortunate to join my family in this land of opportunity and begin to seek my American Dream.  My family consists of my mom, dad, brother, and sister.  My brother was blessed with two children; therefore, I am a proud aunt of a 6-year old boy and a 2-year old girl.

After I graduated from North Dallas High School, I attended Dallas County Community Colleges where I received my associate degree.  I transferred to the University of Texas at Dallas and graduated in 2016 with my bachelor’s degree in Biology.  I started my teaching career through the Dallas Alternative Certification Program at L.V. Stockard Middle School.  I taught middle school science for 13 years before pursuing my master’s degree in Administrative Leadership from The University of North Texas at Dallas through the Future Leaders Academy in Dallas.

My mission is to support and guide every child to success.  Being the first person in my family to graduate not only high school but going beyond the expectations, I understand the challenges that many families in our communities go through.  My hope is to continue guiding our future leaders into reaching their full potential.

I am thrilled about joining and serving the ARSA community!
