2.Strengthen our data-driven-culture using data walls, progress monitoring, student profiling and intentional small group instruction to close student achievement gaps. 

3.Improve the quality of instruction through year 2 implementation of effective tier 1 instruction using district curricula through robust internalization, implementation, student engagement and complete coaching cycles (Observation, Feedback, Implementation and Follow Through).

4.Increase student recruitment and enrollment by working to grow our student population by 30%
