Welcome to the Dallas Independent School District!

The Dallas ISD onboarding process focuses on promoting a culture in which new hires feel welcomed and valued as a district employee. It is our goal to provide all new employees with the support, tools, resources, and knowledge needed to be successful in Dallas ISD.

Our team works with new employees and their supervisors to:

• ensure newly hired employees understand Dallas ISD’s culture, expectations, and organizational structure.
• connect newly hired employees with internal resources, tools and logistical information they will need to perform in their new position.
• enable newly hired employees to become efficient and productive members of their workgroup faster.
