    Coach Diondra Tatum is in her 3rd season as head softball coach and 1st season as freshman volleyball coach at Conrad.  She is an Oklahoma native-Union High School c/o 2002, and graduate of Northeastern State University with a M.S in Health and Kinesiology and a B.S. in Health and Human Performance. She began her softball career early in life in 2nd grade, playing year round then moving on to playing high school softball as well as on a Gold Select team. She was on the 1999 Oklahoma class 6A High School State Champion softball team, before graduating and playing collegiate softball at Bacone College and NSU. She has been a Texan now for 7 years and was named 2019 Campus Teacher of the Year at Irma Rangel YWLS.  Coach Tatum believes commitment and being a Student-Athlete (student first) is most important and you should always practice like you would play in a game.
